It is held annually in Dar Al-Rahmaniya in Ghat and has an organized body headed by the assistant director general and hosts a group of women interested in Cultural Affairs, interspersed with multiple workshops of national importance and supervised by the Munira Al-Melhem forum forum board consisting of academies from different universities :
