The center is concerned with culture through its public libraries in Al-Jawf and Al-Ghat, the pulpit activities that it organizes, the publishing program and support for research and studies that it sponsors, and the magazine (adumato) specialized in the Antiquities of the Arab world, and the magazine (al-Juba) cultural, which it publishes. The center includes both (Dar Al-Uloom) in Sakaka city, and (Dar Al-Rahmaniya) in Al-Ghat governorate, and each of them has a section for men and another for women. The center is funded by the Abdulrahman Al Sudairi charitable foundation.
The center was launched on the initiative of Prince Abdulrahman bin Ahmed al-Sudairi (Emir of Al-Jouf region in the period from 1362-1410h) by establishing the first public library in Al-Jouf in 1383h, called Dar Al-Uloom; in his desire, may God have mercy on him, to contribute to achieving a cultural renaissance in the local community, and to create a cultural movement with the participation of community members through activities And various cultural programs.

The message
The Abdulrahman Al Sudairi Cultural Center seeks to provide cultural and knowledge programs by interacting and participating with the local community, activating the role of its public libraries and developing them through various information systems and vessels.

The initiative of Prince Abdulrahman bin Ahmed al-Sudairi (may God have mercy on him) to establish a cultural center in Al-Jouf came from his desire to serve the Al-Jouf area where he worked as a prince, so he wanted to serve the area he loved in the cultural field, along with his official service entrusted to him by the governors of the order, to combine official government work with voluntary service as a model A citizen belonging to his homeland and nation.
Despite the large goals set by the founder, he began to establish the Public Library in Al-Jouf, which was initially called the (public culture library), and made it a habitat for readers and researchers; he began to supply it with books and periodicals available at that time, and it became a place for reading lovers from the local community to read and borrow books and Along with his official initiatives to spread education in the Al-Jouf region for males and females, and in both urban and Bedouin environments.
The founder, may God have mercy on him, established the Abdul Rahman al-Sudairi charitable foundation to take over the management and financing of Dar Al-Uloom in Al-Jouf, and prepared a waqf for it that allows it to continue to provide its services and develop within an institutional framework, in accordance with the spirit of the Times and the development of knowledge technology And culture in contemporary societies.
