It is one of the development projects implemented in the form of a competition. It aims to address the problem of young women's reluctance to engage in community work , and encourage young women to provide field volunteer initiatives that benefit the community .a group of young women apply annually to participate in the competition. Munira Al-Melhem library also offers cash prizes to the winners in the first three places.

In 2018 and 2019, 4 proposals were submitted to Munira Al-Melhem library, and a number of (3) of them were nominated for the first stage, and they are

1-sandani initiative for Creative Education: aims to develop the thinking of students who are struggling academically with limited income and the children of illiterate or deceased mothers. This is done by providing appropriate care and a suitable place to study. This program also supports students with learning disabilities and those with attention distractions.
2-cultural salon initiative: the idea of the cultural salon is based on discussing cultural, literary and linguistic topics on the first Tuesday of the beginning of each Hijri month from 19/3/1440 to 26/7/1440.
3-don't throw it away, make art out of it: activating the sense of social responsibility at an early age and increasing the environmental awareness of the child, especially and society in general, through the recycling of various raw materials.

In the year 1019-2020, Munira Al-Melhem volunteer initiatives were launched to serve the second community :

1 - you are distinguished: this initiative aims to accustom primary school students to self-reliance in studying and understanding lessons through educational programs
2-I am against bullying: a program aimed at educating girls about bullying and the harm it entails and how to deal with the bully
3-masayer: an initiative for older women that aims to connect older women in the local community and raise their happiness rate
4-The Art of roses: an initiative aimed at enhancing the art aspect of Fiat by arranging flowers and recycling leaves to make roses and then using them as decorations.
5-I make with my own hands : a program aimed at recycling raw materials to raise awareness of the child
