Vision and mission
The center is concerned with culture through its public libraries in Al-Jawf and Al-Ghat, the pulpit activities that it organizes, the publishing program and support for research and studies that it sponsors, and the magazine (adumato) specialized in the Antiquities of the Arab world, and the magazine (al-Juba) cultural, which it publishes. The center includes both (Dar Al-Uloom) in Sakaka city, and (Dar Al-Rahmaniya) in Al-Ghat governorate, and each of them has a section for men and another for women. The center is funded by the Abdulrahman Al Sudairi charitable foundation.
The center was launched on the initiative of Prince Abdulrahman bin Ahmed al-Sudairi (Emir of Al-Jouf region in the period from 1362-1410h) by establishing the first public library in Al-Jouf in 1383h, called Dar Al-Uloom; in his desire, may God have mercy on him, to contribute to achieving a cultural renaissance in the local community, and to create a cultural movement with the participation of community members through activities And various cultural programs.

The city of Al-Ghat is the birthplace of His Excellency Prince Abdul Rahman al-Sudairi, his upbringing and his family's past connected him with it, and despite the long time the founder spent away from Al-Ghat, but this did not distract him from it, and based on his desire, his sons and daughters established in the year 1424 Ah (2003 ad), a cultural center in Al-Ghat governorate, called (Dar Al-Rahmaniyah); It is a branch of the Abdulrahman Al Sudairi charitable foundation
